Certification Denial List

According to West Virginia state code, organizations that are not WVARR-certified are considered ineligible for receipt of state funds or referrals from state-funded agencies. Therefore, no residence operated by any program included on this list may receive state funding or referrals from state funded agencies.

Denials Due to Inactivity

WVARR maintains a policy that any organization that remains inactive in the system for 6 months or more will be automatically denied and removed from the system. Programs denied for inactivity will be eligible to start a new application within 90 days of their denial, but are not eligible for state funding or referrals until they re-start the WVARR certification process.
