Vision

WVARR envisions that all persons in recovery from addiction have access to the recovery supports they need to achieve their goals and live rewarding and fulfilling lives free of stigma.

Mission

The mission of WVARR is to ensure and promote access to safe, high quality recovery housing for people with substance use disorders through certification, training, technical assistance, and advocacy.

Values

We believe and are committed to quality, integrity, compassion, and holding ourselves to the highest level of ethical standards.

 

Strategic Priorities (October 2020- 2022)

Over this two-year timeframe, WVARR  will seek to focus its efforts on four key priority areas:

1) Increasing the capacity of quality recovery housing;

2) Serving as a unified voice for West Virginia’s recovery housing community;

3) Expanding outreach and awareness; and,

4) Pursuing organizational excellence and sustainability.
